We’re looking for a dedicated, full-time Customer Experience Coordinator who embodies our motto, "Treating your homes like ours." This role is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, detail-oriented, and ready to be a positive first point of contact for our customers. We provide training in technical areas, but strong customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Answering phone calls and assisting customers in the showroom
Using computer and store software for daily operations
Communicating with customers on scheduling, work orders, material status, and payments
Coordinating closely with the sales team, warehouse, office management, installers, purchasing, and vendors
Maintaining a well-organized showroom

Schedule:

Monday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Tuesday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Wednesday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Availability to work Saturdays (8:30 AM - 3:00 PM) is required as needed, with an alternative weekday off.
